This group is intended to give professionals involved in international arbitrations in the UAE, GCC and other Arab Countries an exclusive forum to network and share their experience.
Its objective is to improve the quality of international commercial arbitration in the Arab region and to provide members with access to each other and to the international arbitration community.
The group meets informally once every 4 - 6 months to exchange views, to enjoy each other’s company, and to share interesting and a wide variety of important topics exploring arbitration practice in the UAE, GCC and other Arab countries.
We are pleased to advise the DATE and Venue of our next Arab & International Arbitrators (AIA) Gathering/Dinner
which will be held on October 28th.
As a member to the Arab & International Arbitrators Network, you will have the opportunity to come to the Pre-dinner reception where our speaker for this event will be Ms. Diana Bayzakova Partner at Merritz Law Firm, who will talk about Jurisdiction of Arbitrators to handle cases related to Real Estate in the UAE.
Also you will share our discussion about the result of the AIA Gathering/Dinner which was held in Kuwait on 28 March 2015, and our plans to organize a Gathering/Dinner in Qatar during the second half of January 2016.
