UAE Network

The first AIA meeting was held in Dubai on 13 03 2013.  Since that date, the AIA organizes meetings and dinners periodically  (every 4-6 months)

The meetings in the United Arab Emirates are held through two groups; the first was established in Dubai in March 2013 and then the second group was formed in Abu Dhabi. Both groups include professionals in international commercial arbitration.

These meetings brought together a group of well-known international arbitrators with the aim of promoting relationship and professional links between international arbitrators practicing in the GCC and other Arab Countries.

The Arab and International Arbitrators Network represents a community of friends/arbitrators from all  cultures (Arab and International), all are known in the field of international commercial arbitration where they meet every few months (usually 4-6 months) to share their ideas about developing arbitration in the Arab Countries.

The AIA dinners/gatherings have become one of the main arbitration events in the UAE and the rejoin.

It provides for the AIA members the chance to exchange views about several matters relating to arbitration and to make suggestions on how to improve the activities of the AIA community
